After maturing in ex-bourbon casks, this whisky takes a delightful detour: 30% of it is transferred to first-fill ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, while the remaining 70% rests in heavily charred American oak. The two batches are then artfully blended and allowed to harmonize before being bottled at cask strength—unfiltered and with its natural color intact.
